Pre-requisites & System Requirements

Supported OS

Windows 10 (1903–22H2) & Windows 11 (21H2–24H2). 64-bit architectures only.

Required Runtime

DirectX End-User Runtimes & Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 Package.

Security Exclusions

Disable Windows Real-Time Protection or add a folder exclusion for your download path.

Virtualization

Ensure Intel VT-x or AMD-V is enabled in your BIOS settings for kernel module loading.

1-Click Loader Installation Guide

Download & Extract Loader

Download the official client loader from your Customer Panel. Extract the file to a clean folder on your desktop.

Run Loader as Administrator

Right-click the executable and select "Run as Administrator". This grants necessary rights for memory mapping.

Paste License Key

Copy your product key from your email receipt or My Keys portal, paste it into the prompt and hit enter.

Launch Game & Toggle In-Game Menu

Wait for the loader confirmation beep or message. Start your game. Press INSERT or F9 to toggle menu overlay.

Troubleshooting & Error Fixes

Quick solutions for common loader issues.

Error: Driver Initialization Failed (0x00004005) Fix Available

Solution: Disable Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) in Windows Security settings. Go to Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation Details → Turn OFF Memory Integrity, then restart your PC.

Issue: Menu Overlay Not Appearing In-Game Display Mode

Solution: Set your game display mode to Borderless Windowed or Windowed. Exclusive Fullscreen can prevent DirectX overlay rendering.
